Beef and Noodles or Stroganoff

3-4 C beef broth
2 - 2.5lb beef roast (recommend cutting in half)
1 french onion soup base packet
1 small or medium diced onion
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
Garlic, pepper, seasonings as desired. 
1+/- C sour cream (opt)

Place roast, 1 C broth, onion soup, onion, Worcestershire, and seasonings into slow cooker for 6+ hours or instapot for 50 mins. 

Once tender and can shred beef, shred and add 2 C broth plus bag of noodles. Can set to saute on instapot or high for slow cooker. Once noodles just tender, can add more broth if needed OR, add sour cream for stroganoff.
